Doses with safety limits, every time

  • Amounts in your own products, at their real strengths.
  • The right order: pH first, then chlorine. Acid and chlorine never go in together: a different spot with the pump running, ticked on the card (or 30 minutes apart with a timer, in Half dose).
  • Home-pool targets you can change. Matches PoolMath on 26 live test cases; the few differences are deliberate and documented.
  • Typos caught before anything goes in. Safety limits on every dose.
  • Never above the label: type in the label’s rate once and a dose never goes over it.
  • Water balance in plain words, and a heads-up when chlorine or pH keeps going wrong.
  • Photos, notes and “couldn’t get in”, saved against the pool.
  • Spotted a problem: a pump, filter, leak or damage, noted with photos. The owner’s report gets one plain line, and the office sees it in Repairs.

  • Repairs: problems your techs spotted, with photos, and where each one is up to. No repair prices: you quote and bill them your own way.
  • Hours for the whole team, with a file for wages and one for PayHero.
