Is there a contract?

No lock-in. Pay monthly and stop any time. Your data exports as spreadsheets whenever you like.

What happens after the 14 days if we don’t pay?

Nothing is deleted. You can still look at, send and export every pool, visit and report. Saving new visits starts again when you pay. Need longer to decide? Ask, and we’ll give you one more 14 days free, once.

What if it’s not for us?

If your first paid month isn’t worth it, tell us within 30 days and we’ll refund it. No conditions.

What’s an “active tech”?

Someone who saved at least one visit in the 30 days before the bill. Office staff and managers who don’t do visits are free.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, once trials open in November. Until then, see the demo with made-up pools. 14 days with everything on, no card. On a weekly round that’s every pool twice. The setup guide gets your company going in about 15 minutes, and we check in by email on day seven. The first 10 founding companies also get one video setup call with our founder.
